Abstracts must be submitted via the congress website. Abstracts sent independently via e-mail or postal mail will not be accepted. All abstracts will be presented in Turkish during the congress. At least one of the authors listed in the abstract must be registered for the congress. Only presentations by registered authors will be included in the scientific program and the abstract book.
The following abstract categories will be available at the congress:
• Oral Presentation
• E-Poster Presentation
An automatic e-mail stating “Your abstract has been successfully submitted” will be sent to the corresponding author. Evaluation results will be sent to all authors as an official notification. Once the abstract acceptance letter has been issued, withdrawal of presentations will not be permitted. If an accepted oral presentation is not presented and the author fails to provide a valid documented excuse, abstracts submitted by that author for evaluation at the next congress will not be accepted. The text must be written accurately and carefully reviewed before submission. Abstracts uploaded to the system will be published in the abstract book without any corrections. Abstracts to be presented at the congress must contribute to scientific advancement and clearly state a conclusion.
• Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, References
The title of the abstract should reflect the study in the shortest and clearest way possible. Abbreviations must not be used in the title. The full names of all authors (first name and surname), along with their departments and institutions, must be clearly stated in the relevant sections. Author names should be written in lowercase letters with only the first letter capitalized. Academic titles must not be used. Authors are fully responsible for ethical considerations.

The full abstract text must not exceed 250 words. (The title, author names, institutional affiliations, and words in tables are included in this limit. Abstracts exceeding 250 words will be automatically rejected by the system.)
