• The congress registration fee includes the congress bag, printed materials, and participation in scientific events. 20% VAT will be added to the above registration fees.

• Wearing a badge is mandatory throughout the congress. Participants without a badge will not be allowed entry to the Congress Center under any circumstances.

 

 

 

 

• The accommodation package prices mentioned above are all-inclusive, and a 2% accommodation tax and 10% VAT will be added. Package accommodations cannot be split.

• Registration, accommodation, or sponsorship fees must be fully paid by October 23, 2026. If the payment is not completed by this date, no confirmation will be provided for registration, accommodation, booth, satellite, or any other sponsorships, and the sponsorship will be canceled.

If accommodation at the congress hotels is not made through FLAP TOUR, an external participation fee of 200 EURO + VAT, for day, will be added to the registration fee. If the external participation fee is not paid, access to the congress hotel will be denied, and therefore, the payment must be made before the congress.

 

 

 

• In the case of cancellations made until June 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.

• After June 15, 2026, only name changes will be accepted.

 

 

 

Airport – Hotel (One Way): 80 Euro + VAT

• The price mentioned above is the per person one-way group transfer fee. A 20% VAT will be added to the one-way transfer fee. For private transfer requests, please contact Flap Tour; the pricing will be arranged separately.
